What the work includes
Fresh air filters in one visit
- New fresh air filters for all the agreed apartments.
- We replace Biobe and Velco Original 3M filters and all other common filter brands.
- Removing the old filters and fitting new ones: the filter and the fitting are included in the price.
- Replaced filters are recorded apartment by apartment in the report.
Why it's worth it
A dirty filter shows in the indoor air
In blocks of flats, replacement air often comes in through fresh air vents in the upper window frame or the outer wall. The vent filter collects dust, pollen and soot from the outdoor air. When the filter clogs, less air comes in: the apartment feels stuffy, moisture is removed more slowly and replacement air may find its way in through leaks.
Replacing a filter is a small job, but it is easily forgotten. When the filters are replaced in every apartment at the same time, the ventilation of the whole building stays balanced and the board knows when the filters were last changed.

How it is done
As part of the apartment round
Agree and inform
We agree the timing of the round with the board or the property manager. Residents are notified in advance.
Visit every apartment
We carry out the work in all the agreed apartments on the same round, so access to each apartment is needed only once.
Report
Findings are recorded for each apartment in an electronic report, showing the board what has been done and what is worth keeping an eye on.

Replacing a fresh air filter costs from €14.50 per filter. The price includes the filter, the fitting and VAT. The final price depends on the filter model and quantity. It is agreed in advance.

How often should the filters be replaced?
The general recommendation is to replace fresh air filters 1–2 times a year. Next to a busy street the filter gets dirty faster.
Will the filter fit our vents?
There are many kinds of fresh air vents. At the free assessment we check what kind of vents the housing company has and which filter fits them.
Why replace them in every apartment at once?
That way every apartment gets equally good fresh air, and the replacement does not depend on individual residents remembering to do it. The other work on the round can be done on the same visit.
