You may be able to claim the Finnish household tax credit (kotitalousvähennys) for the labour cost if the work is the shareholder's own maintenance responsibility and you order and pay for it yourself (not through the maintenance charge). In 2026 the credit is 40% of the labour cost including VAT, up to €2,100 per person per year, with a €150 deductible. Work that is the housing company's responsibility does not qualify. Orders must be placed at least a week before the apartment round. More for residents

Ministry of the Interior decree (300/2025): at least one alarm for every 60 m² or part thereof on each floor or level of the apartment.
Installation is a one-off cost. In the following years, annual servicing is from €7 per alarm per year.
Fresh air filters
Fresh air filters replaced in every apartment on the same round, with the filter included in the price. We replace Biobe and Velco Original 3M filters and all other common filter brands.
