We tailor the apartment round package to your housing company's needs. The work on the round is done by plumbers, and you can also order an electrician. Most faults can be repaired during the same visit if the client wishes. Faults that are not repaired are reported apartment by apartment. Prices include VAT.
If you wish, we can also go through the common areas on the same visit at the same prices. The report is delivered electronically to the housing company's maintenance system or as a PDF or Excel file. Residents can order their own extra work for the round. Read more
