Residents only need to arrange access to their home once.
Assessment
Tell us what your housing company needs. The assessment and advice are free of charge. The work and the price are agreed in advance.
Round
We agree on a date so that residents have time to prepare. We go through every apartment and carry out the agreed work in the same visit.
Report
The board gets the findings in a clear report. Small faults are fixed before they become expensive.

Ministry of the Interior decree (300/2025): at least one alarm for every 60 m² or part thereof on each floor or level of the apartment.
Installation is a one-off cost. In the following years, annual servicing is from €7 per alarm per year.
Fresh air filters
Fresh air filters replaced in every apartment on the same round, with the filter included in the price. We replace Biobe and Velco Original 3M filters and all other common filter brands.
